I am a massage therapist that had a vision to build a company and team based on my passion for massage therapy. I strive to help others with the connection of mind and body, to provide an overall wellness experience. I enjoy being able to have a unique approach and combine my experience and knowledge about therapeutic massage, medical massage, deep tissue, PNF stretching, amongst other modalities, to dedicate my life to guiding clients through their healing journey. I set out on this journey to help and heal people because helping care for and guide others is one of my greatest passions. My goal is to help people find the root of their pain, trauma, fears, discomfort, or whatever it may be that holds them back from meeting their truest most vulnerable yet powerful selves. I hope that by connecting the mind and body through yoga, meditation, and massage, I can help people step into their purpose and make them feel strong and confident, physically, and make their minds a beautiful place to be.
